The “ Property ” means all VESTAY properties
The “ Customer ” means the person who is making a booking in the Property on this website: www.vestay.com

By booking on this website: www.vestay.com the Customer accepts all these conditions and cannot turn against the Property on these conditions.

Here are the rates proposed by the Property:
– FREE CANCELLATION
– NON REFUNDABLE

FREE CANCELLATION rate:

This rate can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 5 days prior to the arrival.
In the case of late cancellation or no-show the first night is due and will be charged on the Customer’s credit card.

NON REFUNDABLE rate:

This rate will be charged in full amount on the Customer’s credit card upon booking.
The total amount is due in case of cancellation or no-show.
This rate cannot be modified.

Pre-Payment:

The Customer must make the payment in full in case of choosing the NON-REFUNDABLE rate.
In the case of refusal of the payment with the provided card when booking, an email will be sent to the Customer to request new bank details. The Property reserves the right to cancel the Customer’s booking if valid bank details are not provided within 24 hours.

Pre-authorization:

The Property can make, on the Customer’s credit card, a pre-authorization not exceeding the total amount of the Customer’s booking. This pre-authorization is done approximately 30 days before the arrival day for bookings with FREE CANCELLATION rates. For NON-REFUNDABLE
bookings no pre-authorization will be made.

Modification and Cancellation policies:

The modification or the cancellation are possible only if the Customer chooses the FREECANCELLATION rate up to 5 days before arrival. The modification is subject to availability – The Customer must send an email to the Property to request availability or to request the
cancellation of his booking: contact@vestay.com

Breakfast:

The breakfast is always offered to all Customers so it is included in all rates on this website.

Booking confirmation:

A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address the Customer has given when booking.
