Functionning

You book
5 days prior to your arrival you receive an e-mail with all your access codes
The access codes will also be sent by SMS the day prior to your arrival (the day of arrival for late reservations).
From 2:00 PM the day of arrival: you can access your room with your passport and the card under your name you used for booking
Our staff could check at any time your passport and your credit card under your name you used for booking. Without these documents (or if these documents are under another name than yours) the access will be declined.

Everything will be on the table in your room : Access codes written down on a card, Wifi access codes, our contact details, a map and a city-guide of Paris.

Your planning to arrive earlier ? Please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to clean and prepare your room first. Meanwhile you will be able to leave your luggages in dedicated lockers*.
Any question, an advise or need help to book a table ?
Most of the time we are on site or you can reach us any time by e-mail, telephone, SMS and WhatsApp (French, English, Russian, Spanish).

The day of departure, you can leave your room any time until 11:00 AM without any formalities
You will be able to leave your luggages in the lockers* dedicated to.

* The lockers are located in Vestay George V property. At Vestay Champs-Elysées you can leave your luggages to our staff from 10:30 AM for arrivals and until 02:00 PM for departures.
Guests of Vestay Champs-Elysées property can of course leave their luggages in Vestay George V lockers. Access codes are provided on a simple request.
Your invoice will be sent by e-mail the day of departure
Payment :
- for non-refundable reservations; the credit card can be charged any time after booking
- for standard rates reservations; the credit card will be charged the day of arrival*. For several nights and/or several rooms booked you can pay in cash and/or with several credit cards. Please ask for this service in advance
- If you have taken any extra consumption during your stay the credit card will be charged the day of departure. You can also leave the exact amount of cash in the room the day of departure. Please kindly advise us before leaving the property.
*Please note we can make a pre-authorization on the credit card and it will be released the day of departure.
