The <strong>Property<\/strong> reserves the right to cancel the <strong>Customer<\/strong>\u2019s booking if valid bank details are not provided within 24 hours.<\/p>\n<h3>Pre-authorization:<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Property<\/strong> can make, on the <strong>Customer<\/strong>\u2019s credit card, a pre-authorization not exceeding the total amount of the <strong>Customer<\/strong>\u2019s booking. This pre-authorization is done approximately 30 days before the arrival day for bookings with FREE CANCELLATION rates. For NON-REFUNDABLE<br \/>\nbookings no pre-authorization will be made.<\/p>\n<h3>Modification and Cancellation policies:<\/h3>\n<p>The modification or the cancellation are possible only if the <strong>Customer<\/strong> chooses the FREECANCELLATION rate up to 5 days before arrival.
